Several homeowners remain in violation of the Dove Run HOA Deed Restrictions, which prohibit the installation or maintenance of basketball goals between the sidewalk and the street. These homeowners have been notified in writing several times and have not resolved the issues. Homeowners currently in violation include:
- 813 Haley St (permanent goal)
- 817 Haley St (permanent goal)
- 272 Bucktail Dr (temporary goal)

The ARC is assessing alternatives to further pursue the matter with the town, the HOA attorney and/or JP Court.
